Assistant Property Manager Dari Baez is available to help BNCLT residents get set up with the Resident Center App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

She can help you:

✓ Activate your Resident Center account

✓ Set up AutoPay

✓ Learn how to submit work orders

✓ Navigate and use the app

Need extra help? Schedule an appointment with Dari and she can walk you through the setup.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: You must know your Apple ID or Google Play password to download the app. Dari cannot assist with recovering these passwords.

Once the app is downloaded, Dari can send you a welcome email to get your Resident Center account activated!
