Welcoming Dari to Our Team!

We are thrilled to announce that Darianny (Dari) Baez will be joining our staff as BNCLT’s Assistant Property Manager.

Dari joins BNCLT with experience in affordable housing operations and resident support services. She has worked in housing stabilization and property management roles assisting families navigating rental assistance programs, recertifications, and housing transitions.

Darianny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has an interest in the intersection of systems, equity, and community advocacy. Her work centers on promoting long-term housing and financial stability through community-centered development. She brings a detail-oriented and resident-focused approach to her role and believes stable housing is fundamental to economic and family well-being.

Outside of work, Darianny values personal growth, wellness, and spending time with her children.
