Welcoming Derol to Our Staff!

We are thrilled to announce we will start the fall welcoming Derol Reid to our staff as BNCLT’s Facilities Stewardship Manager. He will work closely with Bree, our Senior Operations Manager, to oversee the maintenance and operations of BNCLT’s properties. This includes working with our Property Management team to provide oversight and ensure maintenance of our properties, and building relationships with BNCLT’s residents based on trust, transparent communication, and timely responses. 

Derol says: “I have been living in Dorchester for many years where I worked construction and maintenance. For fun I like to go fishing and watch sports.”
