Let’s Be Giants: Thanks for Joining BNCLT’s Annual Meeting!
Our hearts were full on October 24th, when we gathered at First Parish Church with our community – residents, members, staff, volunteers, and supporters. You are some of the most dedicated, grounded, and FUN people we know. Together, we are giants!
We kicked off the evening with another amazing performance by local jazz band Fred Woodard, enjoyed while eating dinner made by board member Eric Boyd. The program began with a puppet procession, which showcased the challenges we are facing, the giant we can be together, and the highlights from the year. From there, our Executive Director Meridith Levy shared a heartfelt “State of BNCLT,” Voting Members participated in the second member-led vote for the Board of Directors, we caught up on the rent control campaign (and recruited new signature-collectors!), learned about fundraising pathways for the end-of-year appeal, and ended the night with some BNCLT Trivia.
Congratulations to Eric and Jean Paul Doh who were elected unanimously by our Voting Members to serve another term on the BNCLT board of directors!
Please enjoy some photos of the event from our photographer Eli Monteiro.
