Our Strategic Planning Process is Off and Running!

BNCLT is in an important moment of inflection: as the world around us changes and as we evaluate the work and impact we’ve had in the years behind us — what is our vision and theory of change for how we want to show up in our community over the next 3-5 years? What kind of acquisition will we prioritize? What does it mean to be “community controlled”? What our ways we can support building equity — individual or shared? These are the questions we are excited to explore this year through our strategic planning process. We are working with consultants Beya Jiménez and Karleen Porcena to establish our next 3 year Strategic Plan. Our community of residents, members, and participants are invited to contribute your reflections. Stay tuned for ways to participate this year!
